Most of our services result in digital deliverables that are provided through electronic means such as email, cloud storage, or client portals. These deliverables are typically available immediately upon completion or according to the timeline specified in your service agreement.
In cases where physical materials (such as printed marketing materials, promotional items, etc.) are part of our service, the following shipping terms apply:
We use reliable courier services for all physical shipments within India. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping options are available upon request at additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These costs will be clearly communicated before finalizing your order. In some cases, shipping costs may be included in your service package, which will be specified in your service agreement.
Once your physical materials are shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.
For international clients, we offer international shipping options. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
